A 50% deposit will be required to secure any given reservation.  You will be charged 50% of the total amount if your arrival date is more than 14 days away.  You will be charged 100% of the total amount if your arrival date is less than 14 days away, The balance will be charged upon your arrival to the property.

Check-in time is between 2PM and 9PM CST.  Check-out time is 11AM CST daily.  We always will do our best to accommodate early arrivals and late departures.  Early check-in is possible pending availability at that point in time.

Securing a reservation with your deposit means that you accept the terms and conditions of our Cancellation Policy and that you are aware that no exceptions will be made for medical reasons, lack of traveling documents, family emergencies, flight cancellations, pandemics or any other reason whatsoever. 

Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the check-in date will 

receive a full 100% refund.

No refund will be given if a cancellation is received less than 14 days prior to arrival.  Your deposit will be forfeited!!! 

No exceptions!!!

We highly recommend purchasing travelers' insurance to protect yourself from these unexpected circumstances.

Any changes to your reservation must be received no less than 14 days prior to your original arrival date via email, and changes are subject to availability.

There are no refunds or credits issued for any reservation changes within 14 days of the arrival date that reduce the number of nights that have been booked.

There are no refunds due to bad weather, tropical storms or hurricanes or any other natural disasters. Please take out Travel Insurance to protect against these types of unforeseen events.

Reservations for December 30th, 31st and January 1st will require a 3-night minimum stay

Please purchase travel insurance for your trip. Travel Insurance will pay for anything that might happen before or during your trip, including covering medical expenses, evacuation expenses, trip cancellation costs, etc.  Ask your Travel agent, or purchase it directly online.  Do your research before purchasing.
